We set out for a 13 mile run this morning at Silver Falls State Park.  A beautiful piece of land that we cherish here in Oregon.  Well things don't always go as planned!  1 mile into our run, I fell on a slippery bridge and landed right on my tailbone!!  OUCH!!  Luckily we weren't too far from the the car and least we got to see one waterfall!! At home for the rest the day icing and resting.
