Hello!

Wow, we are part of the blogging world!  My family and I thought we would start our own blog to track our fitness and health as part of our regular lifestyle.  Charting our journey together as a family of 3.  A little bit about our family...we live in Salem, OR in our next to new home we just bought last Spring.  I work full-time as a high school counselor and LPCC intern and my husband works full-time as a meter reader.  We have a beautiful daughter who is 15 months old.  She is our world!!!  We hope to encourage others to become healthy individuals and have fun along their journey in life.  Thanks for following us!
